Update-News November 2019

We were busy again in the gray month of November and have released a number of new functions and improvements for you.

Video Database

Our new video upload is now available to you in many places. We can now process all common video formats (e.g. avi, mov, mp4, ogg) and convert them to the same format under the hood. This ensures that playback works on almost all devices.

We have also updated the video player for the video database. You can now watch your videos at different speeds and also in slow motion and have them restarted automatically at the end, with suitable videos being displayed directly for the player, in the team view and also in the event view. You can also upload a new video anywhere there.

Invitation management

A PDF document can also be attached to each invitation email if desired. Many placeholders are now available for this function. This makes it easier than ever to create mail merge documents. For example, you can use "Hello [firstname] [lastname]" as a salutation - each invitation recipient will then be addressed personally in the PDF document.

Error corrections

- no further players could be added when editing events

- Player management: Parents' data could not be entered

- Notes could not be deleted

- Tasks: incorrect display corrected

- Game management: incorrect display in squad planning corrected

- Changes to players and teams were not written to the log

- Improved the display of the start page on mobile devices
