Empowering Coaches in Belgrade: A Key Step in Our Growth in Serbia

As the digitalization partner of the Belgrade Football Association, we had the privilege of organizing a two-day seminar that brought together 300 passionate coaches. With legendary figures like Vladimir Ivic (former coach of Watford, PAOK, and Krasnodar) and Uros Stevanovic (Olympic gold medal-winning coach of the Serbian water polo team) among the speakers, the event showcased the power of coaching and innovation. Here’s a recap of our successful trip, which further strengthens our presence in the Serbian market.

Day 1: Building Relationships and Expanding Our Network

Platform Registrations

We started the trip on a high note, successfully registering 180 coaches on our platform. This milestone not only shows the growing interest but also marks another important step in our continued success in Serbia.

Networking with Regional Leaders

The first day was filled with opportunities to connect with training leaders from across Serbia. We introduced our platform to coaches from various team sports and laid the foundation for future cross-sport collaborations, demonstrating the wide-reaching potential of our platform.

Onboarding Appointments

We didn’t waste any time. By the end of the day, we had secured 35 onboarding appointments with coaches eager to explore our platform further. The enthusiasm and openness to new digital tools were clear.

Day 2: Strengthening Connections and Expanding Opportunities

Trainer Congress Participation

Day two was an exciting continuation of our efforts, as we participated in the Coach Congress alongside 300 coaches. As exclusive partners, we were able to demonstrate our platform’s value and contribute to the ongoing dialogue about improving coaching standards in Serbia.

Valuable Meetings and Partnerships

During our trip, we engaged in productive discussions with key figures in Serbian sports, further strengthening relationships and exploring opportunities for collaboration. These meetings underscored the growing recognition of our platform’s potential and opened doors for future partnerships across different areas of sports.

Securing More Onboarding Appointments

Christian and Nemanja continued to build on the momentum, securing 30 additional onboarding appointments. By the end of the trip, we had scheduled a total of 65 appointments, further cementing our growing presence in the Serbian market.
