New Scheduling Option: Virtual Meetings

Whether due to a pandemic limiting in-person gatherings or simply the need to save travel time, video conferences are a great way to connect quickly and efficiently while still discussing important matters. We believe that virtual meetings will become an increasingly common tool in clubs.

That's why, based on your feedback, we've added a new scheduling feature in proSports.Zone: You can now create virtual meetings as events!

How It Works

• In the event selection, choose “Virtual Meeting”

• Set the start and end time

• Select the participants

• Under “Additional Info,” insert the link for Zoom, Hangouts, or another video platform

• Save—and you’re all set!

All participants will see the virtual meeting in their proSports.Zone calendar and in the proSports.Zone app.
