General Terms and Conditions of Participation

1. Contest and Organizer

The organizer of the contest is voor GmbH, Naumburger Str. 25, 04229 Leipzig (hereinafter referred to as "Organizer").

Participation is subject exclusively to the following terms and conditions.

2. Participation

a) Eligible to participate are natural persons aged 18 and older with residence in Germany who are members of a registered sports club (e.V.). Employees of the Organizer and their direct relatives are excluded from participation.

b) Participation is only possible during the specific time period described in the contest.

c) Participation is entirely free and does not require the purchase of goods or services.

d) Participation in the contest depends on the complete fulfillment of the conditions described in detail within the contest. Only such entries will be considered. Incorrect or incomplete entries cannot be taken into account. The Organizer is not responsible for late or incomplete submissions.

e) By participating in the contest, entrants agree to these terms and conditions.

3. Execution and Processing

a) The prize described in detail within the specific contest will be awarded to one valid entrant.

b) The contest begins on the date of its announcement and ends on the date specified on the contest page.

c) The winner will be drawn on the working day following the end of the contest and will be notified by email. The winner must confirm receipt of the prize notification and acceptance of the prize within two weeks using the contact method specified in the notification. Failure to confirm will result in the prize being awarded to another participant.

d) The claim to the prize will also expire if the delivery of the prize cannot be completed within four weeks of the initial notification for reasons attributable to the winner. Delivery is only possible within Germany. If it is determined after the drawing that the winner does not have the required postal address in Germany as stated in the terms, the prize will be awarded to another participant.

e) The prize claim is non-transferable and cannot be assigned. Additionally, the prize cannot be paid out in cash, supplemented, or altered. Should the prize not be available for any reason, the Organizer reserves the right to provide a prize of equal value.

4. Exclusion from Participation

a) The Organizer reserves the right to exclude participants who violate these terms.

b) Participants using unauthorized aids or seeking advantages through manipulation, such as multiple or bulk entries, will be excluded. Examples include the use of automated scripts, hacking tools, trojans, viruses, or other unauthorized methods. False personal information or "fake profiles" may also lead to exclusion. In such cases, prizes may be retroactively revoked or reclaimed.

5. Early Termination or Suspension of the Contest

The Organizer has the right to terminate, suspend, or alter the contest if unforeseen circumstances beyond its control occur that make the original execution unreasonably difficult or impossible. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, unauthorized third-party interference, technical issues with hardware or software outside the Organizer's control, and legal violations related to the contest, particularly manipulative interference.

a) This contest is not associated with, sponsored by, or organized by Facebook.

b) Participants have no claims against Facebook arising from participation or winning the contest.

c) All inquiries and comments must be directed solely to the Organizer, not Facebook.

7. Instagram

a) This contest is not associated with, sponsored by, or organized by Instagram. Participants have no claims against Instagram. The provisions of Section 6 apply accordingly.

b) Participants may not enter the contest using multiple accounts. Creating multiple accounts to increase chances of winning is prohibited.

8. Data Protection

The Organizer collects and uses the personal data of participants exclusively within the legally permissible scope. Details regarding the type and scope of data processing can be found in our detailed privacy policy.

The responsible entity under the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is the Organizer:

When you participate in one of the Organizer's contests, the following personal data will be collected:

• Club & Sport
• Your Phone Number
• Your Email Address

These data will be used by the organizer exclusively to identify the winner, verify compliance with the terms and conditions, and deliver the prize. Data processing is therefore based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

The organizer will delete the winner’s data when it is no longer required for these purposes. This is usually the case once the prize has been delivered and the organizer has confirmed that it arrived undamaged at the winner’s address.

Each participant has the right, at any time, to request information about the data stored about them by the organizer in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR. The same applies to the deletion of the corresponding data in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR, as well as the correction of data under Art. 16 GDPR and the restriction of data processing under Art. 18 GDPR.

You may also object to data processing based on Art. 6(1)(e) or (f) GDPR under the conditions set forth in Art. 21 GDPR. Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint about the processing of your data with the competent supervisory authority.

9. Liability of the Organizer

For claims for damages against the organizer, the following exclusions and limitations of liability apply, notwithstanding other statutory requirements for claims:

a) The organizer is liable without limitation if the damage is caused by intent or gross negligence.

b) The organizer is also liable for damages caused by slight negligence if they result from the violation of essential obligations, the breach of which jeopardizes the purpose of the contract, or the violation of duties whose fulfillment is essential for the proper execution of the contest and on whose compliance the contractual partners regularly rely. In such cases, the liability of the organizer is limited to foreseeable, typical contractual damages.

c) The organizer is not liable for the slightly negligent violation of obligations other than those mentioned above.

d) The aforementioned limitations of liability do not apply in cases of injury to life, body, or health, for defects following the assumption of a quality guarantee, or in cases of fraudulently concealed defects. Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

e) The exclusions and limitations of liability of the organizer also apply to the personal liability of the organizer's representatives, agents, or employees.

10. Final Provisions

a) Legal recourse is excluded.

b) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding international private law and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

c) Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
