  • How can a user be a coach in one team and a parent (with one email address) in another team?

    A user can be a coach in one team and a parent of a child in another team with an email address. You create the user as a coach in one team as described in point 4. Then select the second team in which the user's child is created. Here you enter the same user as a parent as described in point 7. As this is the same user with the same email address, you will be reminded again here whether the data matches. Click on save and the user is a coach in the one and a parent in the other team.

  • How can a parent with an email address be assigned as a parent to a child in e.g. team U10 and their other child in team U15?

    To assign a parent with an email address to two children in different teams, proceed as described in point 7 and add the parent to the profile of one child. Once you have completed the process, navigate to the profile of the second child and proceed in the same way. As this is the same parent with the same email address, you will be reminded again here whether the data matches. Click on save and the parent is saved for both children.

  • How do I create a player?

    To create a player, first select a team in the team overview to which you want to create a player. Once in the team, select the item add/create player in the squad. Click on the Create new player button. Here you enter all the data for the player, last name, first name and e-mail address. You also have the option of sending the player an invitation email to join your team directly. Click on Done and the player is created in your team.

  • How do I create a coach, co-coach, or physio?

    To create a coach or physio, first select a team in the team overview to which you want to create a new one. Once in the team, select the item add/create coach in the staff. Click on the Create new coach button. Here you enter all the data for the coach, last name, first name and e-mail address. You also have the option of sending the coach an invitation email to join your team directly. Click on Done and the coach is created in your team.

  • How do I create a team?

    As a rule, you have already created 1 team in your account by registering. To create a new team, click on the menu item Team overview, by clicking on the plus at the top you can create a new team. Enter the name of your team and write down a few words as an introduction and save it. Your team is created and you are automatically in the view of your team. Now you have the option of entering all the data, for example creating a training event, adding members like coaches, co-coaches and players.

  • How do I assign players and coaches to a team?

    If you have already created players and coaches and have not yet assigned them to a team, you can easily do this. Select the desired team and click on either add coach or add player. In the next step, you have the option of making a selection from all the players or coaches you have created and adding them to the team.

  • How do I assign parents to children/young players?

    You can easily assign parents to young U-18 players. You select the desired player and click on the 3 dots at the top right, select edit team member. Now you can edit the player's personal data. The last point is Parents. Here you can add parents and assign them to the player. Fill in the data, save it and send the invitation by e-mail.

  • How can I assign authorizations to members of different roles? (Web Version-Laptop)

    You can assign various authorizations to your users, whether coaches or players. Select all users under the menu item Members and click on the user for whom you want to edit the permissions. Then click on the edit icon at the top right. Then select permissions. Here you first have an overview of which role/roles the user has and below you can see the standardized permissions that are already granted for the user depending on the role. An administrator or coach have different permissions than a player by default. As an admin, you have the option of adjusting these individually for each user by moving the permissions. Once you have finished, click back and the process of granting authorizations is complete.

  • How do I create an event - training and match?

    There are various options for creating a training in the mobile app version. You can create a training course in the Home view under Training and Events or under the menu item Events by clicking on the plus selection Training. Both options will then take you to the data and content of the training course. Here you can enter all the information and data for your training. You select the date and time. Here you also have the option of creating the training as a one-off or series unit (repeat weekly plus period until when). By clicking on Next you will automatically jump to the next point. In our case, we select Team Training, our team, the players and coaches taking part as well as the address and the ground. You also record the intensity and have the option of automatically requesting the load and feedback from your players after training. Click on Done and Save and the training session is created. To create a match, go directly to the Events menu item and click on the Plus - Select match. Here you also enter all the data and information about the game. You select the date, the opponent, your team, the players and coaches taking part and the match type (home/away and league/friendly match). You add the times (the duration depends on the playing time plus break), the address and the ground. When you are finished, click on Done and Save and the game is created.

  • Can I reactivate a deleted player? (Web Version-Laptop)

    To reactivate a deleted or archived player, select the Settings menu item. Under Archive, archived users you have the option of reactivating the player by clicking on the arrow.

  • Are mass imports possible?

    Yes, mass imports with Excel files are possible. Please proceed as follows. Please send the Excel list to the Customer Support. Customer Support will fully import your desired data.   • How do i create a series of training events?

    To create a series training session, first create a new training session. You can create a series of training sessions under Repeat in the first section date and times. Either weekly, monthly or every 2 weeks. It is important to note that you have to select the date until when the series should run. Enter all the remaining data required for training and save it. By creating a training session once, you have now created a series for longer periods of time.

  • As an admin/coach, can I also accept or reject players for a match?

    As an admin/coach, you can note attendance separately in a created match and also cancel or accept attendance for your players. Select the desired match and click on Edit squad. In the line-up, you have the option of selecting the status of your players by clicking on the question mark behind each player - accepted or canceled.

  • How can I attach training content to an training-event?

    To attach training content to a training event, select an existing training and navigate to the training content item. Here you have access to the training database. You can create new content for your training or upload it from the database. It is possible to add and save parts for the warm-up, main part and final part.
