  • Step 5: Click on the "Spieler anlegen" (Add Player) button to open the player registration form.

  • Step 6: Fill in the following player details:

    • Geschlecht (Gender): Choose the appropriate gender.

    • Vorname (First Name): Enter the player's first name.

    • Nachname (Last Name): Enter the player's last name.

    • Sprache (Language): Select the preferred language for communication.

    • Geburtstag (Birthday): Input the player's date of birth.

    • E-Mailadresse (Email Address): Provide a valid email address for the player.

4. Assigning the Player to a Team

To ensure the player is correctly integrated into your sports organization, you need to assign them to the appropriate team.

  • Step 7: Select the correct team from a list or dropdown menu available on the player registration form.

  • Note: Ensure that the player is added to the team that aligns with their age group or skill level.

5. Sending Login Credentials

Once all player information has been entered, you have the option to send login credentials directly to the player's email. This allows the player to access the platform and stay informed about team activities.

  • Step 8: Check the option to send login details via email.

  • Step 9: Confirm that the email address entered is correct to ensure successful delivery.

6. Saving the New Player

The final step in the process is to save the newly added player to the system, making them an active member of your sports team.

  • Step 10: Click the "Speichern" (Save) button to finalize the addition of the player.

  • Confirmation: You should receive a confirmation message indicating that the player has been successfully added to the platform.
